Betalings- en annuleringsvoorwaarden
Er kunnen zich altijd omstandigheden voordoen waardoor je geplande verblijf moet geannuleerd of gewijzigd worden. Daarom maken we graag volgende afspraken.
Betalingsvoorwaarden
Wij aanvaarden enkel betalingen op het door ons doorgegeven bankrekeningnummer.
Wij vragen een voorschot van 50% van de totaalprijs, te betalen binnen de vijf dagen na bevestiging van de reservering.
Het saldo wordt betaald 45 dagen vóór datum van aankomst.
Indien wij geen voorschot ontvangen hebben, wordt de reservatie geannuleerd en behouden wij het recht om de gereserveerde woning/appartement aan andere gasten te verhuren.
Bedrag verschuldigd bij annulering
- Meer dan 90 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum = 50% van de huurprijs.
- Tussen 90 en 30 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum = 75% van de huurprijs.
- Minder dan 30 dagen voor de aankomstdatum = 100% van de huurprijs.
- + €25 administratiekosten

Payment and cancellation conditions
There may always be circumstances that require your planned stay to be canceled or changed. That is why we like to make the following agreements.
Terms of payment
We only accept payments into the bank account number provided by us.
We ask for an advance of 50% of the total price (incl. deposit), to be paid within five days after confirmation of the reservation.
The balance will be paid 45 days before the date of arrival.
If we have not received an advance, the reservation will be canceled and we reserve the right to rent the reserved house / apartment to other guests.
Amount due upon cancellation
- More than 90 days before the arrival date = 50% of the rent price.
- Between 90 and 30 days before the arrival date = 75% of the rent price.
- Less than 30 days before the arrival date = 100% of the rent price.
- + €25 administration fee

Tip!
To limit the financial consequences for you, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurance broker!

Siempre puede haber circunstancias que requieran que su estancia planificada se cancele o cambie. Por eso vemos conveniente incluir las siguientes clausulas en la contratación de su reserva.
Condiciones de pago
Solo aceptamos pagos al número de cuenta bancaria proporcionado por nosotros.
Solicitamos un anticipo del 50% del precio total (incluido el depósito), a pagar dentro de los cinco días posteriores a la confirmación de la reserva.
El importe total de la reserva se pagará 45 días antes de la fecha de llegada.
Si no hemos recibido el anticipo, la reserva será cancelada y nos reservamos el derecho de alquilar la casa / apartamento reservado a otros huéspedes.
Gastos por cancelación
- Más de 90 días antes de la fecha de llegada = 50% del alquilar.
- Entre 90 y 30 días antes de la fecha de llegada = 75% del alquilar.
- Menos de 30 días antes de la fecha de llegada = 100% del alquilar.
- + €25 costos de administración
